1. Overview
PadVox engages the following third parties to deliver the Service. Each subprocessor has its own privacy obligations and has signed standard data protection agreements, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable for transfers outside the European Economic Area. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.
2. Current Subprocessors
Google Firebase / Google Cloud
Purpose: authentication, database (Firestore), storage, analytics, push notifications, scheduled Cloud Functions, and Firebase Mail Extension.
Location: United States.

SendGrid (Twilio)
Purpose: transactional email delivery (assignment notifications, weekly digests) via the Firebase Mail Extension.

Stripe
Purpose: payment processing for subscriptions and ticket sale payouts (Stripe Connect).
Location: United States.

Apple
Purpose: optional Sign In with Apple authentication.

Anthropic
Purpose: AI extraction of fields from identity documents that a user chooses to scan (Personal Documentation). Images are processed transiently to read the document and are not retained or used to train models.
Location: United States.

Telegram
Purpose: optional channel for the PadVox assistant. If a user links their account, Telegram carries the messages they exchange with the bot and gives us their user identifier. Not active unless the user links it themselves.
Location: United Arab Emirates / United Kingdom.

Printful
Purpose: manufacturing and shipping of merch orders. Receives the buyer's name and shipping address when an order is placed in a merch store.
Location: Latvia (EU) and United States.
