1. Overview
PadVox engages the following third parties to deliver the Service. Each subprocessor has its own privacy obligations and has signed standard data protection agreements, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable for transfers outside the European Economic Area. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.
2. Current Subprocessors
Google Firebase / Google Cloud
Purpose: authentication, database (Firestore), storage, analytics, push notifications, scheduled Cloud Functions, and Firebase Mail Extension.
Location: United States.
Privacy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy. SCCs: cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-terms
SendGrid (Twilio)
Purpose: transactional email delivery (assignment notifications, weekly digests) via the Firebase Mail Extension.
Location: United States.

Stripe
Purpose: payment processing for subscriptions and ticket sale payouts (Stripe Connect).
Location: United States.

Apple
Purpose: optional Sign In with Apple authentication.
